Zanzibar Community Vision Foundation is a community-led organization committed to improving lives across Zanzibar. We work with communities to identify real needs and create practical, sustainable solutions that support children, young people, families, and the environment.

Executive Director
Provides strategic leadership, oversees partnerships and fundraising, and ensures that the foundation's programs remain accountable, sustainable, and aligned with community needs.
Shehe Mohamed Salum
Programs and Community Engagement Coordinator
Coordinates community programs, volunteer activities, beneficiary engagement, field operations, and the collection of project outcomes and community feedback.
Hamadi Iddi Othman
ICT and Digital Communications Lead
Leads the foundation's digital systems, website, branding, data management, online communications, cybersecurity, and technology-driven solutions that support programs and community engagement.
